Integrated Quality Inspection Planning

Built into every Futuramic Design and/or Build Program are Defined Inspection Levels that must be Reviewed and Approved before advancement into the next Design and/or Build Phase. In most cases, Customer review is required at these benchmarks along with Futuramic’s Quality Department.

In the Design & Manufacturing / Quality Plan example on the right, there are thirteen (13) Inspection Levels that will be reviewed by Futuramic’s Quality Team and offered to our CUSTOMER for review and approval prior to continuing to the next task. These Inspection Levels would be jointly defined by the CUSTOMER / Futuramic Team at the beginning of the program.

It should be noted that these represent only Inspection Levels to insure a quality product. The CUSTOMER may elect to inspect even different areas at the time of ‘final inspection’, which would be at the election of and defined only by the CUSTOMER at that point.
